Australian Research Council (ARC) - ARC provides advice to the Minister for Employment, Education, Training and Youth Affairs through the National Board of Employment, Education and Training on national research priorities and the coordination of research policy and related matters. It advises the Minister on the allocation of resources for research under a range of approved programs. As part of new Government initiatives it will soon be set up as an independent body.
National Center for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) - NCVER is Australia's principal research and evaluation organisation for the vocational education and training sector in Australia.
